We really liked the affordable price of our twin room and the personal touches and amenities provided.

The hotel was clean and had fantastic staff. We were upgraded to a twin room with wifi in the bedroom upon check-in.- The breakfast was really tasty and had options for all diets, including gluten-free choices.- The egg station was great, and the food and drinks were excellent.

The hotel was a lovely base for exploring Krakow. I booked a brand-new, tastefully decorated room with a view.- The location was the best possible, with the Main Square at a medium distance.- I spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed it.

This place is spotless and the service is top-notch; the rooms have been recently renovated with beautiful views, and the location is exceptional.

The location near a beautiful hilltop castle was stunning, and my room was particularly nice with a lovely bathroom, plus the airport was just 15 km away.

Stunning and brilliant location just next door to spas, restaurants, stores, I felt safe. It was at a moderate distance from Doner City, serving fast food. The twin room was stunning. Extra touches like a laptop-compatible safe, a minibar, and an iron were a treat, staff were fantastic.

I had extremely expensive breakfast, it could be better.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The views of the castle were nice.The restaurant served excellent dishes for breakfast.The modern decor was enjoyable.The amenities like iron, ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment, and work desk were great.The hotel's central location was convenient.It was close to the fire breathing statue and a great area.

The room was well-equipped and brand new, and the bed was comfortable. I ate at a really nice restaurant for dinner.- It was great-sized, had outstanding castle views.- The position was absolutely perfect and magnificent, restaurants and bars are walking distance to the hotel.

The value for money at the hotel was fantastic, with exceedingly comfortable beds and a lovely big, modernly decorated room. The location was great, with easy access to all of the city center attractions. The staff, including Michal and Peter, were warm, helpful, and welcoming, adding special touches to celebrate our anniversary.

This hotel was excellent modern with excellent co-operating staff with excellent service. Venue's location was amazing, to get to places or order you a taxi.

Good location and good facilities, had room service one evening and service and food was excellent, delivered in 20 minutes. The location by the river, castle and ten minutes walk to the centre of the old town make it an ideal location for sightseeing. It is worth booking a room with a view as I did as some of the rooms have internal windows only overlooking the internal atrium. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious. Hadn't booked breakfast but when I enquired was offered breakfast at a lower rate of 65 Zloty rather than the 85 Zloty standard price for the duration of my stay, so if you book room only and want to have breakfast it is worth enquiring when you arrive. Someplace Else bar attached to the hotel is good place for a cooling drink after a days sightseeing.

Hot food at breakfast could have been a little hotter. I arrived early at the hotel and they couldn't find my reservation, after a wait of over an hour they found it. They said something about how it maybe it hadn't come through from central reservartions
