got beautiful and exceptionally good room with exceptionally good views and climate control, a laptop-size safe, and a flat-screen tv. also, location was stunning, at a moderate distance from main square. plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

The breakfast I was offered was very expensive; it could be better.

The value for money at the hotel was fantastic, with exceedingly comfortable beds and a lovely big, modernly decorated room. The location was great, with easy access to all of the city center attractions. The staff, including Michal and Peter, were warm, helpful, and welcoming, adding special touches to celebrate our anniversary.

The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, and we found the rooms to be cozy and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection was impressive. We loved the hotel's location in the Old Town, as it allowed us to easily explore this beautiful city on foot. Additionally, there were several excellent restaurants close by that served delicious food, making our dining experience enjoyable.

The bed in our room was absolutely fantastic, providing us with the most comfortable sleep we've had in a long time. We didn't want to leave the bed in the morning, it was that good. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the old town once we figured out the route. We were also pleasantly surprised to find face cloths in the bathroom, which is not always the case when traveling to foreign countries. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent bedding, convenient location, and attention to detail.

The temperature of the swimming pool was too cold, making it uncomfortable to use. The amenities in the room were modest, lacking even basic items like a toothbrush.
